Give a simple web page some life with Flash or javascript

I want to animate some web page elements. You have a choice to do this in Flash or using javascript ??" or both. After you have read through the description in the file attached to this bid-request, please include with your bid or comment; 1. why you think javascript or Flash is preferable for this job, and 2. try to include links to a few similar animated pages you have done. This is a small and quite simple project for the right coder and may well lead to more work in javascript, php / mysql (if you are an expert) and possibly some Flash. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation of files on server testing and all bug fixing once the installation is complete. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Web page must run in all major browsers without error, i.e. Netscape, IE, Opera and must be installed on a Linux server. The web page should be compatible with 3.0+ browsers - where this is not possible, a link or redirect to a static page must be available.
