Need Website to Match Look of Another Website

I have two websites promptinternet(dotcom) and legalwebsitesnow(dotcom). I wish to have both sites taken all the exact content out and both put into one design (still two separate sites) so they both look the same. I want a look and feel very similar to this template and will purchase it if needed (please let me know if you need me to purchase it): <[login to view URL]> If I purchase the template or not I want to know if i can get the puzzles to fall but remove the hand and change the background imgae Most of this work is taking site content from old sites and putting it into new look.? There are a couple minor changes to pages and content to work with new look but nothing major at all. Prompt site has https and will need you to be able to handle this.
