Update and refine existing website at [login to view URL] to include: **_Appearance and Additional Sections (1st Priority)_** Enhance the overall look and feel of the site. The fundamental appearance is okay so a major overhaul is not needed but the details need to be enhanced to make the site better looking some examples include: * More attractive buttons where there are lists of items * Flash so that when a cursor is over a selection the user can see what the next level of selections are * Possibly changing the major category buttons (currently on top left side) to tabs on the top of the page to free up more space on the screen. * Add “Experts?? button to the major category buttons currently on the top left side between “Industries?? and “Publications??. This button will take the user to another page that will provide individual profiles. Individual profiles will include a bio and photos of different people. Photos and bio can be provided. * Build out each of the subsections in the “Solutions?? and “Industries?? pages. Each subsection will have unique content. Buyer will provide text content…designer/developer must incorporate text into an appealing, professional design. * Modify latest news section to allow easy updates of “latest?? news. **_Document Report Upload, Storage, Retrieval & Search (2nd Priority)_** * The “Publications?? button currently takes the user to a non-working Client ID and password link. Add capability to: * Accept user ID and password * Access documents and reports that a stored and viewed in a professional manner * Back-end to allow documents to be uploaded and downloaded from site and user IDs and passwords to be entered or modified ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All major browsers
