Bitly Clone with addon

I have a website on which i sell traffic. I wanna develop a website on which my customer would be diverted upon purchase of my service. This website to be developed so that my customers would register/login & submit their url for traffic. After submission, i being admin can allocate time frame for each urls submitted and the users would be able to track their visitors at any moment of time. *tracking must be similar to google analytic i.e. source, location, real time visitors etc...
