we are looking for someone to help us with Moodle to able to do the following [login to view URL] able to upload or submit the interactive Pdf form 2. Teachers be able to edit and type on the form form will be provided to upload signature 2. Student Timesheet: 1. Student12 will be able to select week for which he/she wants to fill Timesheet. 2. Student will be able to do entries for current & previous day of the week but will not be able to do entry for next or rest of the days in advance 3. 2 buttons will be provided at the bottom of form (1) SAVE (2) SUBMIT SAVE button will save data entered by user SUBMIT BUTTON will make data available to admin/teacher ADMIN/TEACHER 1. Admin/Teacher will get a list of Employees, on clicking a Employee name, admin/teacher will be able to view/edit Timesheet form submitted by employee 2. MANAGEMENT USE ONLY portion will be available for entry 3. An APPROVE button will be provided, which will generate PDF and save to a directory TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT FORM Description is almost same as that of Timesheet Following fields will be available to only Admin/Teacher Maximum amounts per 2 week period: Amount approved by: __________________ Approved by: __________________
