Magento Inhance Tasks

I want a Magento developer to do the following tasks, kindly visit the site below: [login to view URL] I want to do the following few tasks: 1- The First popup screen should use as login/Registration form not for subscription (username, email, password). 2- The description field should appeare before "Hotel dining hours" 3- The deal price options should display only when user click on "buy", so that it appeare as a Lightbox like "[login to view URL]" and its price should overrride the original price not added to it. 4- When I place order it should navigate the user to thanks page not stay on same checkout page. 5- I want a "Verify Coupon page" at merchans page to verify the coupon number of the customer.
