Creating small database for posting property listings

The project is to create a database that can manage both photos and text for a commercial property management company. They need to be able to access an admin area and upload a couple of photos and a property description for several different properties. For example, they would be able to input both property address, usage, square footage, lease rate, building size and photos. The database would generate and summary page with a select information displayed and if the user clicked on the thumbnail it would take them to a more detail page of the property. Can be sorta by different criteria like: Office, Retail, Industrial, square footage, address, city, etc.... Please look at this site for what we would like created.
