I am building a website for a company that needs the capability for folks to come online, select a piece of apparel and then add a graphic or text. The program should include a simple interface to bold, italicize, make font bigger, rotate picture, etc.
The client will supply all graphics. Client would like to have the capability for their customer to design a shirt and then pay for the order via Paypal.
I am eager to get this project started. A sample of the type of program I need can be found on this site: [login to view URL]
Click on the "For Yourself or a Gift" area to see exactly what I am referring to.

The client that this project was for is now unsure of the copyright laws for this type of program.
Apparently this type of program is copyrighted. My client is looking into this and believe he will be all set by February.
In the meantime I am cancelling this project because I do not know the outcome of it.
Should the client decide to move forward at some point... I will re-post. Thank you for understanding.

## Platform
Program must work in popular Internet browsers.
