Success Criteria 1. Ability to create a fully-configurable .swf movie and save .swf movie with user configuration. 2. RESTful service receives a .swf file, configuration, desired output, and email address. 3. Video Generation Service publishes .swf movie to the appropriate video format with correct encoding. 4. Video Generation Service sends email to appropriate email address with link to downloadable video file. 5. Video Generation Service provides ability to download the published video with correct encoding. 6. Video will play on desired device. ## Deliverables I am open to the technologies used. If it is possible to do this with XAML/Silverlight and C# so that it could be deployed to Azure, that would be acceptable. I just have not been able to figure out how it would be done with Microsoft. I am open to the server-side service implementation technology. I know Java well, but believe that using PHP and ffmpeg would be a very quick way to implement. If you believe you know how to solve this with other technologies, please inquire. I will be willing to have it implemented in other technologies as long as it satisfies my requirements.
