43517 site integration into design

want a design change for my current website easycoins.net. I already have an almost ready template here [login to view URL] but unfortunately the designer have given up the project. Than I gave the project to an indian company, paid 50% and they never finished the work. I am very dissapointed, that's why there is no way of advanced payment (only escrow). The programmer will only get paid when the work is done! So what is left to do: 1. programming and integration of a one click user rating system as on [login to view URL] There exists already a rating system on the german details pages (e.g. [login to view URL]) which can be used but has to be transformed to the one click system. There will be no registration needed, only a cookie to not be able to vote twice. 2. the lines of the casino lists should be two couloured like in [login to view URL] 3. all the former page (the links you find on the left menu plus one details page whne clicking on a casino, this means 21 pages alltogether )should be integrated into the new template, freshing up the text by including some themed pics which i don't have (must be bought, created or using free available pix) 4. i will create a blog on bloggers.com. The blog should also be integrated in the template 5. a bit of seo should be done, concerning meta tags and keyword density and keyword suggestions. The template contains no tables (only divs) and this should be kept for the whole page. 6. on the temlplate's right side you see promotions. This should automatically show the last few entries from the blog (maybe only headlines plus first few words) I think it's very clear what I want. Excuse me when I am a bit disappointed. I wanted this job done half a year ago, already paid a lot of money and had a lot of work and still its not ready. You can contact me anytime via hotmail or skype and I am very easy to handle. Please just do not bid for this project if you are not sure what I am alking about. I also don't want biddings from marketing people who say they pass it to their programmers but don't even have an idea of what I want (happened last time).
