532453 Website programmers and designers needed for rework project

I am looking for a team of programmers and designers to update my website according to my detailed specifications (which I will send to you). There will be things to keep, things to add and things to change. This project will require you to fully understand the purpose and function of my website and its audience. Additionally, it is very important to think about how I can effectively my website by myself even better. Whether you are going to update my website using my current backend and source code or you are going to create a whole new website...that will have to be decided based on your expertise. I think it is definitely possible to just update my current coding to my new specifications (i've seen it done), but in some ways it just might be easier/faster to start anew with a new website and just copying the good things over, fixing the bad things and adding the new things. I need this work to be completed in 4-6 weeks. I require excellent communication skills, a high level of English language, and contact references of past clients. Please describe your team to me if you are interested in my project. (How many people? What do they specialize in? etc...) You should have experience with websites made with Social Engine where there are membership subscriptions and comment submissions, because that is a major part of my website. Also, my website has pretty complex and complicated PHP coding, so you will need to be an expert at that and be willing to put forth some time and effort to work with this code...whether you are modifying it or copying it. Finally, my website is rather new (launched Feb 2011), but has lots of data on it. I currently have 945 different school profile pages, 165 member profile pages, etc...
