css/jquery site editing and character counter for text entry

Joomla based site. There are 2 parts to this project: 1) Bug Fixing 2) Styling and custom code Bug Fixing ========= 1) I am looking for an expert in css and jquery to fix a number of IE issues. The site displays 99% perfect in all browsers besides IE7/8/9. IE 7 has the most issues and IE 9 has the least. The issues are related to the layout of elements on the site. There is a clear issue when a particular community builder plugin is enabled. There are potential jquery conflicts being caused by this plugin. 2) There are also approx 5 changes to be made for FF/Chrome browsers. Styling and custom code =================== 1) I require some basic styling to be applied to elements of the site, e.g. rounded corners and effects. 2) I need all joomla system messages to appear in a modal box / popup. The pop up solution must also handle community builder javascript messages that are usually handled by the browser. For example: [login to view URL] says: Press next to continue. Click here to disable further messages. 3) I need a character counter for text boxes when editing a user profile. For example 0/500 next to boxes then as the user types, the count goes up 76/500, 487/500 etc.
