A few upgrades on our website

We are looking for a skilled and innovative programmer/designer with at least three years experience to quickly assist us on a few minor but needed immediately changes on our website: 1) The website consists of both html, css, javascript and php of which needs to be edited so you must have high skill in web design. 2) We'd like a newsletter sign up form to match the website and not be via a newsletter form company. 3) We'd like a text area and audio area within the full site slideshow that is featured on our website (html5) 4) We'd like a Wordpress image slider that is NOT clickable to another image url or link. References of other completed projects is mandatory. We will provide in full detail the changes we will need done. Please quote us and the timeline it will take.
