The Project is related to some improvements and extensions on a Flash-ActionScript application which creates Wishing Cards on-the-fly PROJECT SCOPE: The scope of the Project is the improvement of the application, FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS: Will be posted only to bidders in PM SOURCE CODE NEEDED DEADLINE: 1. The site should be LIVE on 07.11.2008 2. The developer should give the deliverables for test until 05.11.2008 and he/she will take back any possible remarks 2-3 hours after PAYMENTS: - All payments will become via PayPal. - It will be created an Escrow Payment 2 days after the start of the project. - The funds of the Escrow Payment will be released ONLY after approval of the deliverables and only if the buyer is totally satisfied from the results (and after checking that the deliverables are exact implementations of the requirements).
