Little Script Creation (urgent)

Hi, I need this small script to be done. For many of you can be done in no time. I had closed this for a developer but seems like I can't find him anymore and like he likes to do other things instead of this. So please, bidders should be online anytime and not disappear without a word. I use: Yahoo MSN, Hotmail MSN, Skype, so you should be able to communicate with this messengers and to constantly report (once a day) It's a small project that's going to have further steps for development. I don't have time to do this and need someone to work in team. I know php mysql so I can help too the selected developer. If you're sure u can do this please PMB me. I need communicating people with good english.
