Need CSS DIV slice of PSD

I need someone who can take a PSD and slice it into html/css markup. We're looking for someone who can handle this first project and then work with us on continuous projects. The slices must be cross browser tested in IE6, IE7, IE8, Safari 3, Firefox 3, Chrome, and Opera. The slices must also be conforming to W3C Transitional validation.
