Real estate agent site/ecommerce - repost

Fun real estate ecommerce site that has multi-lingual support. I'm an Art Director who has a technical background. I am looking for a web developer who is really handy and has a extended knowledge in Wordpress, PHP and MySQL. Some knowledge of programming in javascript is probably necessary in addition to the above. I've come a long way with the site but I'm in need of help with "the final touches" so to speak. To more specific: - An overview page of all prospectuses with search and filter functions, a bit like [login to view URL] . (PSD and a ruff HTML sketch are provided by me) - A presentation of each prospectus with more thorough information. (PSD and a ruff HTML sketch are provided by me) You need to have extended knowledge in all the below: Writing and speech language: English or swedish Programming languages: - PHP - Javascript - HTML - CSS Database: - MySQL CMS: - WordPress The plugins used today: - WordPress SEO by Yoast - Types - Complete Solution for Custom Fields and Types - WPML CMS Hub - WPML Media - WPML Multilingual CMS - WPML Sticky Links - WPML Translation Management - WPML String Translation Plugins that I would use: - Some form of lossless image plugin, which streamlines the size of the pictures. For some reason the [login to view URL] plugin doesn't work as for now. Theme: We have a bought theme from Themeforest that we use and think is nice for the site.
