somewhat simple "pagination" for website

We are looking to add a fairly simple previous and next page pagination to our existing site. We have the buttons made, just need them implemented. The bottons must "hover" over the top corners of our uploaded pictures (regardless of picture size). We are supplying an example picture. We will supply you with the page (s) you need for editing. Once we receive the modified files back and upload the new pages and confirm the proper functioning, we will release payment.
