Volume script customization

Hi I am looking for a good core developer to customize volume script from [login to view URL] checkout the script first: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] followings are the my customization to the script: allow artists to post also youtube videos (embedded) on the website so it would be a video block in his/her profile page and also a menu which directs all the users to video section but keep in mind that user wont be allow to upload any video except they can just embedded their music videos from youtube (like their rayzz product [login to view URL] but the difference is we are going to use youtube embeded links instead... we have to have thumbmail, categorys, top video, ....) Need few modification on user types, to limit download/upload for free user and unmilit it for paid user no commission fee for paid user on purchasing their music and %15 commission on free user when somebody is purchasing their music imagebox in homepage
