Web Application to search forum threads - repost

I need an online application that will search a series of forum posts on two forums. Process: 1. User enters a list of keyword phrases to search for 2. The application searches for threads with any of those keywords (plus one standard keyword) in the title 3. The application then navigates into qualified threads and scrapes them for specific data 4. The application displays the thread links and scraped data in a sortable list (also returns threads that matched criteria but couldn't be scraped) 5. User has the option to export the data as CSV Other criteria: 1. Must be an online application that runs in a user's browser. 2. The web application should send queries to the forum sites FROM THE USER'S BROWSER, using Javascript or similar. We DON'T want our SERVER to be hitting this site with hundreds of queries. Optional: the application could be set to search automatically every hour and send the user results by email or RSS
