My Requirement in short:
1. only admin must be able to upload video as well as audio files.
2. maintaining the user part.
3. only the permitted registered user will be allowed to view the webtv (video) as well as online FM radio.
4. admin should be able to create the play list for video to be streamed and auto jockey concept should be created for relaying audio files.
Things i need
