WordPress Installation + Custom Plugin

I am looking for someone that is VERY EXPERIENCED with WordPress and has developed Custom Plug-ins that he can point to. I want the blog to look IDENTICAL to the attached psd and have the following custom functionality. The psd has already been sliced and html files will be provided. Functionality: 1) Nested Comments that look and feel identical to how they are shown in the psd. OPTIONAL: It would be great if users are allowed to vote comments up and down like they are shown here: <[login to view URL]> 2) Ability to easily edit the meta tags for each blog post 3) Ability for the blog to receive a feed from another blog and show sniplets of the other blog posts as if they were from the main blog. When the user clicks on reading more of the blog post then they are redirected to the blog where the article first showed up. 4) Calculate the views that each article has on a weekly basis and display the most popular articles and the most popular categories 5) Standard Wordpress Search functionality Please start your response by saying 'Dear Sarabas', and please do not respond if you have a rating less than 9.5 and please provide samples of your work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
