We need a professional Joomla Developer to convert the given PSD template to mobile responsive Joomla 3 website , Jquery experience required to be able to implement the banner slider plugin ([login to view URL] or what ever suitable ) . Banner images will be taken from Article and will have hyper link that can be directed to any other page or external link .
