Joomla Template Design - From Scratch

A new company requires a modern, visually appealing yet simple Joomla Template Design. This design will need to be built from the ground up and must be an original, unique design. The company is looking to brand all marketing materials based on the Website design concept so its very important to get this design right. The company is a professional IT services provider so the design should be relevant to that industry. The following (x 2) pages are to be designed; * Front Page (Home Page) * Secondary Page for Content Requirements of the Design; * Design MUST be 100% unique and original - It will be checked. * Design needs to be modern, appealing yet simple (not too over the top) * You MUST design all required HTML, PHP, CSS, and provide me with PSD Graphics and any Joomla Modules used in the design * Design MUST be built on Joomla 1.7 * The design MUST be cross browser compatible * I require unlimited revisions of the design until I am 100% happy with it - Payment will be released on full completion of the project * You need to be available on Skype or MSN to discus design changes * You need to provide regular updates on your progress * Design needs to be professional, not too cheesy or gimmicky * You will be supplied with the company Logo and the design will need to work with the logo colors etc * I require the first mock-up within 2-3 days and I would like this project completed within 2 Weeks. Experienced Joomla Template Designers ONLY You MUST provide samples of your previous Joomla Template Designs when bidding otherwise your bid WILL be ignored.
