Hi, I can do this task for you but please understand that the main problem for me and for all other freelancers here, will be the plugins and components that you have installed in Joomla. I can do this in 3 days and I would love to keep working with you in other Joomla tasks since I am pretty confident that based on my 9+ years experience with Joomla, there will be no problems in doing this. But you have to understand that upgrading Joomla, means that there might be components that you have installed, that cannot be upgraded because they do not have compatibility with Joomla 3.3 This means that after the upgrade, if the components that you have installed, do not work, they need to be upgraded too, but if they do not have compatibility with Joomla 3.3 then there is no way to upgrade them unless I dedicate many days on changing their source code, which is not convenient neither for you and neither for me. If you understand this part and you are open to replacing those components and plugins with an equivalent in case they are not compatible with the new Joomla, then please provide me SSH, FTP, MySQL and Joomla Superadmin credentials and I can do this task for you.
