445702 change and add functions to php website

i want to make some change to my php website (apps directory) - add registration user function - user will be able to add an apps and rate it ( now only the admin can add it) - simple profile page for each user - limit number of apps per page ( now all the apps are in the homepage) - add rewrite function for apps page, so each apps will have a page with meta tags and in .htm format
