PHP Linux Server Application

Need to build and shipping quotation engine for my site, to calculare distance pricing for customer order shipping. The program needs to be buld on mysql database to store all data and be able to upload pricing changes on a regular basis. All information needs to be stored on Server linux and have an inbuilt calculator to automatically price the shipping order based on the distance and weight factor.
