iPhone App Minor fixes and updates

I have an existing iPhone App and i need the following modifications for the app. 1- Add push notification. 2- When deal quantity is finished keep the deal in main page with a big (SOLD OUT) Stamp on top of it until the 24 Hours pass. 3- The 24 Hours calculation is not accurate, I want it to be +3 GMT so the deal starts at 12 am and ends at 12 am. 4- Add a second deal in admin area so i can put the next day deal, When the 24 Hours passes it will automatically replace the main deal with the second deal details. 5- Options Fields: Add options fields in admin panel so i can put the deal option + quantity of each field, for example: Field Name = Colors Field Options = Add a [+] sign and when i click on it gives me a new 2 fields first is for the color and the second is for the quantity, Example: [Red] - [13] _ [Black] - [18]...etc. It will show in the app main page as a drop-down menu so users can select an option.
