Asterisk, FXS Gateway, handsets and emails alerts with everyday calls

Hi There, looking for someone who will setup our tiny pbx environment. no sip trunk as such simple pot line installation. Your job refer a asterisk version or flavor, install,configure and leave a doc so someone else can follow what you have done later on. FXS Gateway - We got Yeastar TA800 to connect 5 FXS lines to the asterisk. Handsets - Panasonic KX-UT123X-B Emails alerts with everyday calls - Some script to show how many outgoing calls made and to whom to specified email address. PBX setup in the inside network with no outgoing proxy, in a physical hardware. Anything else,please ask.
