This is a small web-based server-client enabled application that should take care of the following: 1. Auto-Generate chronological alphanumeric numbers and print out labels for patient folder. 2. Auto-Generate barcodes of same number in (1) and print to label on patient folder. Hence, the application should also read alphanumeric barcode labels when update/search of folder location is perfomed (EAN 128 A / EAN 128 B). 3. Bio-Data + photo of patients will be manually entered and captured (on-the-spot) and stored against the newly generated patient number. Record can be exported in editable format eg. .CSV, .PDF etc 4. This will be used simultaneously by less than 30 records staff in less than 10 LAN enabled-locations (no internet required). This should have provision to add new users, medics-staff, folder collectors and locations. 5. Should alert Super Admin user of unreturned folders to the records unit after 24 hours of dispatch. User interface should to be very beautiful and attractive. Aesthetics should be considered.
