Hi, I need a provider who can provide a php solution for admin section & generate link.
Feature:
- Upload large files & generate hyperlink for public to download (eg. www.company.com/app=?f4gsfsfsgs)
- Upload pre-loader
- Admin to upload file
- Administrator section

I expect this is a very small project as it's simple... Budget: less than $100. I need this asap. I will also need the project to be develop under my hosting. I'll discuss more in pm.
