Form to collect orders (Sanjay2004)

I need a 3-5 page website that will collect orders and integrate with Paypal. It needs a backend that shows a list of all the orders, and when you click on any single order it will show all the collected information and display the Paypal transaction number for that order. The list needs some kind of checkbox to mark that order as fulfilled. Simple and fast. Form will be accessed via ssl.
