Help with Prestashop current version,SSL, CSV import and Paypal Module

I need help with My current version of PrestaShop1.5.6.1. I need some to fix my website URL to show [login to view URL] on the homepage. Currently it is showing with paddlock icon on other subpages e.g https://www,[login to view URL] but not the homepage. I have bought the SSL from external provider not from my web host. I want all my website pages to show https. Especially in the checkout page. It may have something to do with .htaccess file Also I need help someone to make the paypal payment to work properly on the checkout. Currently it is receiving an error. This has sensitive information such API. so I need someone to just fix inside the module, whether install a clean module of Paypal or enter data from the module. Note I need someone to instruct me on only putting the API as I will be putting it myself. Also, I need someone to instruct me on Paypal settings if required. And finally I need someone to fix CSV errors that i got when I was trying to import CSV file. The problem: I cant use other website's image for example on the csv field "Image URL" > [login to view URL] The error will show below "Error copying image: [login to view URL]" Instruct me that it can't be fixed because of their website internal permission e.g 755 or fix this issue on prestashop internal files.
