Need someone to fix Vtiger database errors - it won't load

i installed the latest version of vTiger (6.1.0) on my server and it worked beautifully. I needed to do a system restore to an earlier time and I believe there is now an issue with msql database not connecting to vTiger. I am looking for someone to fix this, preferably now.
