oscommerce programmer

we got a file which show all products from shop into a feed. Example of working one: [login to view URL] Products using this feeds are inserted into our affiliate website. But somehow its not working, or show a massive load, even so much that server goes nuts. I have no clue what's causing this, but want it fixed, so that all my products including categories are imported into this other website, this can be done using cron job once in 3 or 4 days, and ONLY products which has prices > 0 , this because we also have products which is < 0, and has to be calculated price giving in size.
