81217 Complete web site Art Gallery

I need a complete art gallery web site. It must have a professional design, layout, and look. I need a browser based administration area where I can add, edit, or delete an artists item. A place where I can add, edit, or delete my own paintings. Send email to an artist or all artists. Suspend or Unsuspend an artist. The artist must register to use the site. The artists are charged a monthly fee to use the site. The charge will be set by me through the administration. I need PayPal or 2checkout integrated to accept monthly charges. I need a search by artist feature. I need a gallery page that displays all paintings in thumbnails. No more than 30 thumbnails per page. When the thumbnails are clicked they will be taken to a display page. A sample I made of the display page can be seen here. [login to view URL] You can change it as you see fit. The picture on the display page should not be any bigger than 260x195 pixels. When they search by artist I need a gallery page of that paticular artists paintings. A page that says something about that artist. I need a shopping cart where they can add to cart and check out. check out needs to be secure. When a painting is sold, It needs to display sold so it will not be purchased twice. I'm sure you get the idea of what I'm after. If needed I can supply the web space for development on one of my servers. Here's the thing, I am on a tight budget. I have been ripped off to many times by so called programmers from other sites. I will pay for the job when it meets my satisfaction. I will leave good feedback. I am sitting on several projects. If you can impress me with this project I will provide you 1 project per week.
