File staging and deployment platform(repost)

I need a web based file uploading and deploying system. It must be written in HTML with Perl or PHP scripting Preferably Perl. This software should function as follows: 1. The user sets up a list of servers (which will all be running Linux CentOS and already have a SSH2 protocol set up) with host, username, and password for each server which can be edited at any time. 2. Options that must be included: a.)"Upload File" option where a user can upload a single file to the /var/www/html directory (which is a standard setup on all of our boxes) to selected boxes from the list. b.)"Create Directory" Option is the second option where user inputs a directory name to be created and a redirect link. The software should insert the link into the file when it is uploaded. The redirect file will just be "[login to view URL]" and it will contain "'); exit; ?>" insert link here is dynamic according to what the user specified in the second option. All of our servers already have SSH-2 protocol set up on them. I found a CPAN module if it may be of any assistance in coding the script. <[login to view URL]~dbrobins/Net-SSH-Perl-1.30/lib/Net/SSH/[login to view URL]> Thank you ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. ## Platform The script should be written in Perl, or PHP. All of our servers have CentOS installed on them with working SSH-2 protocol.
