70984 user modifiable paid listings

Paid classified ad-type project: Seeking clean 'shell' which allows users to (1) buy a listing (annually, 2 membership types) via Authnet CC - integration a must - CURL installed on server). (2) upload max 10 image(s) up to .5MB each which then generates thumbnail(s) for listing. (3) users can then modify listing or photos throughout subscription period. (4) automatically expires listings, generates reminder to re-up. (5) allows public boolean search of all listings (approx 35 fields). (6) has directory structure e.g. Country > State > City plus Country > Region which will be combination of states/provinces. (7) includes simple feedback/rating for each listing e.g. 1-5 star rating plus 1 line text. (8) very similar to features of PHP MY DIRECTORY [login to view URL] (but with multiple photos for each listing) and (9) ONLY registered users can contact email info for each listing.
