The skills I require include: Extremely strong Perl, PHP, and Python development skills Mastery of MySQL - can you impress a T-SQL expert with your MySQL skills? Confidence with installing in restricted, shared hosting environments Ability to document installation and upgrade procedures Proficiency in reading and writing English The skills that will nail this opportunity include: Aesthetics - web designer skills that could be applied to a dozen other projects Drupal or Joomla expertise and enthusiasm Mobile client experience - I run my global business from an iPad 2 Sincere desire for a long-term, mutually beneficial business relationship Here's the deal: I need someone to install an open source CRM/ERP package for me really, really quickly. Out of the box, nothing more than getting it installed and an hour or two of skinning. If you are an absolute guru at this kind of work, I am going to hire you. But if you are an open source guru AND you demonstrate significant design talent, then I am going to hire you and keep you busy all year with dozens of projects.
