Captcha and redirect(repost)

We would like to have you develop html to put in our main page, which will provide a CAPTCHA and when the captcha is answered correctly, will allow you to go to another page where there is a survey. We want this so that 'bots' can't go to the survey and enter spam. We would like to use the reCAPTCHA service (which is free and available online). I can use HTML in our website, although it is a CMS based one. I'd like to know what you would charge to develop the HTML to integrate the existing CAPTCHA code and the page redirect.
