Drupal Membership Site With Premium Module

The Drupal premium module facilitated that quite well.? The site needs to integrate with? an affiliate program, facilitate an? online training program, offer page by page control of premium or regular access, allow me to offer free snippets on some of the premium content, integrate with vBulletin forums, and integrate with the Paypal IPN. I need an expert drupal coder, who can get the job done fast. I'm a systems administrator, and also an intermediate coder, but I need someone who is an expert coder and who can knock this out for me very quickly. I will install and take care of the easy things.
