Fix Wordpress Theme Feature

I bought a theme from a template site and it has a feature which makes use of this [login to view URL] for thumbs up and thumbs down on comments Anyway the theme im using is [login to view URL] Go there and click on any post and you can see how they have integrated it into their comments. Iniitally when replies are given to questions the thubs up and down are seen as yellow, im not sure why they go grey like that im still waiting to hear back from templatic as to how this even works Anyway this is what is happening Its not working for me nor is the POINTS displayed on the right side in the demo. This is a VITAL part of this theme 1. In firefox the thumbs show but dont work when clicked 2. In internet explorer the thumbs dont even show watch this video i have created <[login to view URL]> I need you to 1. Get the thumbs voting working on my site both in i.e and firefox 2. Get the points system working ( not sure how it assigns points )
