Joomla 1.5 to 1.7 migration

We are in the process of migrating our site to 1.7 on a Nginx web server on linode.com. We are looking for a senior level Joomla expert that can help. Most of the work has been done already. The articles are converted and moved and most of the data from our added components are moved. What's left is getting a few bugs worked out from us losing many of the 1.5 components that aren't ready for 1.7. The remaining issues: 1. Get sh404SEF working properly on Nginx webserver 2. Either get Eventlist mod working with 1.7 or migrate date into new mod RSEvents. 3. Migrate JV-LinkExchanger data over 4. Fix missing images issues (should be copying images from old site) 5. Get site running 100% bug free 6. Make sure site is running superfast for users We are looking for a longterm relationship with a senior level Joomla developer. Bidders should have 4+ years working on Joomla/PHP. Other skills required: MySQL, Nginx
