Here's the deal, I need something like this: [login to view URL] but there are a few things that this web app is missing for me.
In addition to the id3 tag search, I'd also like the option to define 1 or 2 preset images to play througout the videos that override the pictures gathered from the id3 tag search on google images (my niche is very targetted, you won't find the artists, song titles, or album names in google image search).
I also have a problem with uploading all my mp3s to my server since my internet connection is very slow, so I would also like the option to "mirror" a directory listing on another site/server onto my server. What I mean by this is that I need the web app to also have the option to let me define a site to recursively "wget" the folders and files from and upload them on to my server as a local backup if that makes sense. If you take a look at the demo video the web app gives you a dropdown list of folders in your directory from which to makes videos out of, this is going to be a problem for me because the server I will be getting my mp3s from has their own folder naming scheme that I don't particularly care for and since they have each individual album/mixtape set to have their own folder, I won't be able to individually select 900+ sub-directorys to upload from so making this all automatic would be nice.
I also need the option to reject any mp3s that are smaller than a certain filesize I set in Kilobytes (Some of the mp3s in the directory didn't get ripped right so they turned out to be really small and aren't playable).
That's pretty much it for now, if you have questions just send me an email. I'll also clarify things better for you in email since I didn't have a lot of time when writing this up,
The FAQ for this also answers a lot of questions too, like what happens to the mp3s after the vids are made... [login to view URL]
## Deliverables
You MUST watch both the video at [login to view URL] and also fully read the FAQ at [login to view URL] to know what the project entails. Many things are covered in both these sections so be sure to read over them very carefully and use them as reference points throughout the development of the web app. If you have any questions feel free to email me so I can clarify what I need.
