I need a script / program developed to allow customers to enter fields into an adobe acrobat 9 Pro form I created directly into a website, hit submit and have either:
1. the completed PDF emailed to me as attachment in my mailbox.
2. an email with the information entered into the PDF.
Option 1 is preferrable. I can provide the file and the website where the PDF for exists.
