php generated .doc file convert to pdf

We have a PHP based program that creates MS Word (.doc) files. These files have a very strict, very specific print format. We need you to create a PHP compatible application, MySql compatible if needed, that can either grab the .doc file of the php source code and create PDF documents that match those print settings IDENTICALLY. I mean, paper setting, mirror margins, etc... On top of that, the document must have specific security restrictions. It will have a password protection and only the print feature will be enabled. Edit, copy, save as, select, cut, all will be DISABLED. If you choose to convert the word file, that is fine, or if you prefer to get the generated text directly, makes no difference to me.
