PHP Guru Needed

I need a totel of 7 pages in php to tie into a database. Log-in page Log-out with an option to sign back in Manager page to assign id's and passwords And a few others veiw the pdf to see the wireframes this is a really quick job for someone need this asap. I've also attached the wireframes and guidelines on how it should work with fields and other elements needed. The notes area should just be inline editing... and will allow them to make more notes, or just delete... then hit the save button. The photos, when clicked on, should popup jquery lightbox with descriptions underneath.. like this but doesn't HAVE to be this particular plugin: <[login to view URL]> Happy bidding please make it fast!
