Quick fixes for PHP website

We have a complex website system built in php with a mysql database. There are several sections to it but we only need you to fix one of the sections in the admin panel which has some minor issues. This job requires you to use Dreamweaver so please DO NOT bid if you do not have it, do not have access to it, cannot get it or do not know how to use it. You will be required to work live on the server and any database changes which need to be made (which are not specified in the spec sheet) must be cleared with me first! I have uploaded a spec sheet with very specific instructions. It might look like a long list but the majority of it is very quick and simple work. PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT UNLESS YOU HAVE READ THE SPEC SHEET AND ARE CONFIDENT YOU CAN COMPLETE THE WORK.
