Sales Agent for New Website

We are in the process of developing a freelancer-webmaster website similar to scriptlance. The difference is that it will be for smaller projects and ideally for freelancers and webmasters who have paypal and messenger access so that transactions can be completed quickly. The main difference is that freelancers will be charged a registration fee and are not charged beyond that by our site. The site is designed to give enthusuastic freelancers and web design companies a positive introduction to webmasters who may give them larger projects in the future. We will be marketing the site with the image of a webmaster having a number of 'employees on call' on their Messenger list for small projects which may require help or advice. The site is in development and we have not begun marketing. To launch the site we will need a bare minimum of 100 webmasters registered (for free) and a bare minimum of 50 frelancers / web companies registered (for a fee). We will be offering a 2-tier affiliate package for all site members but would like to offer higher commissions and bonuses to one or more competent and enthusiastic sales agents who can recruit both freelancers and webmasters to our site. I am not detailing here signup fees, % commissions etc. First I would like to know if there are companies / people interested in the opportunity. N.B. I WILL IGNORE ANY GENERIC BIDS. PLEASE ONLY CONTACT US AFTER YOU HAVE TAKEN SOME TIME TO CONSIDER WHAT IS REQUIRED. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform N/A
