secure form to be integrated into wordpress

I am looking for someone who can help build a simple form interface that will be integrated into a wordpress site that features some sort of encryption security that will allow the form to send credit card information safely to the owner of the site. The form doesn't need to process the cards, just transmit the information safely, the owner of the site will process the payments themselves. I would prefer the form to be somewhat easily editable through the wordpress control panel. I have used cformsii ([login to view URL]) in the past with success but i am up for suggestions on if something out there would work better. I am looking for your advice on what we need to set up for security on the server and to configure the form accordingly. thank you for your consideration.
